We delivered a detailed ecosystem map, highlighting support capabilities, geographic focus, operational structures, and network interactions, alongside a gap analysis to identify barriers faced by smaller or family-owned enterprises.

Based on these insights, we proposed a high-level framework to guide future growth and innovation support, recommending aligned networks and targeted interventions to strengthen the region’s L&D sector.
